Answer #2

  • The last time I felt valued:

Incident: The last time that I felt valued was when my old classmate invited me to her birthday and the second time was when one of my friends asked me “How are you?” and “Are you okay?” and if I had a problem.

Thoughts: I thought that they needed something from me, or they just invited me because they needed someone to attend but, in the end, they said that they were just worried about me.

Feelings: Of course, I felt like I still have value in this world and that some people still remember me.

Behavior: Of course, I immediately accepted her invitation because if not, it will be a waste of opportunity to attend her birthday and for the other one, I said that I’m okay and I can still do it.

  • The last time I made others felt valued:

Incident: The last time I made others feel valued is when I always give gratitude to them and when I spoke my appreciation to them.

Thoughts: I thought that always saying thank you is normal, but I don’t know that someone is motivated and encouraged while I was saying that.

Feelings: I am always relieved when I say thank you to others and when I say that I can appreciate what you do.

Behavior: Just be humble at all times.
